There used to be an extremely knowledgeable poster on GC and her GC handle was "localsororities". Alas, I think she has gone away and with her, her website (I think it was one of the angelfire free websites or something like that, but it had quite comprehensive information on locals).
Oh well.
Maybe try to do a GC search under posts from "localsororities" and see if you get anything helpful.
