So it's the middle of summer, and of course, I end up dropping a class and adding another one today! This is how my schedule looks for next semester...
AMST: Television and children
Another AMST class... American Studies is my minor and I'm done with it this next semester.
Broadcast journalism: TV Production
Journalism Graphics class
Psychology of Women
I'm taking 15 credits and hope to get an internship in the fall.

On top of this I will be very active in Student Senate on my campus, I will also be the president of my class, and starting a fraternity. I think I will be very busy this fall, but I am always up for a challenge!

At my school, this class sucks! I know many people who had to take it over. I got a C in it. It is probably b/c it is just a big lecture w/ 100 students. Most classes at my school are 15-30 students.

OnePlus69Is70,
You'll have fun with Phonetics. I took that last semester and loved it. If you need help PM me.
Here are my classes:
Sign Language
Lifetime Fitness (Gag...the stupid required PE class)
Audiometric Testing
Language Disorders
Articulation
Language and Culture
It shouldn't be bad, and this semester I get to perform hearing tests on little kids! How much fun is that?? (Ok so I'm a Speech Pathology geek )

at first i was thinking, what a funny lil thread...but then i kept reading and saw how much i have in common with so many others!
first off, i'd like to say GooOOoOOOOod Luck to dzandiloo! I'll be rooting for you this semester!
also to starlet- what do you plan on doing with an AMST minor? i plan on going double with AMST and Psych but i'm not sure.
i'm sure i'll change something around b/c one of these classes in 7-9:45 on thursday nite!
*intro to american studies (i took at 200 course, liked it so much, thought i might minor in it, so this is a req course)
*methods in american studies
*psychology of women
*psych of learning
*experimental psych: design and analysis
*physics for non-science majors
i really wanted to take a film history class but the school won't let me b/c i'm not an art major!
ok, back to "pretending i'm working"

I am so jealous that your university offers this as an undergrad class! I'm a psych/criminology major, and want to go into that field. Oh well, guess I picked the wrong school
I feel like a real big slacker compared to most of you! I'm only taking 13 credits, because I hold an exec position, work 2 jobs, and one of my classes is the rumored "hardest crim class you will ever take with the hardest professor."
-Social Pysch (3)
-Theories of Criminology (3)
-Substantive Criminal Law (3)
-Intro to American Sign Language (4)
