Alumnae Initiates are women who have already graduated or are no longer in college (or perhaps they never went to college).
They did not pledge and initiate while in college, so they are doing so afterwards. Many people erroneously believe that you can only be pledged and initiated while in college, but I can tell that that is just not so!
