Seriously though your best bet is get a group of people together and contact the specific national you would like to affiliate with and if you're not sure just contact NPC's expansion person. All the sororities love expanding so whoever you contact will probably be very eager to help you out.

It sounds like NPC is needed on your campus. You sound motivated enough about having a quality Greek experience that this might be exactly what you need to do. I would look on the site
www.npcwomen.org read up on the NPC and then contact your Greek Life Advisor and discuss the possibility with them.
